Pre-publish closeout — 2026-08-30

Not a public release. The online-only localhost candidate has completed its feature-development scope; public-launch acceptance remains open.

Privacy and Cookie notices are updated to version 1.1.0; Terms and Guidelines receive disclosure corrections at version 1.0.1. Earlier automatic retention and backup-expiry claims are removed because those schedules were not implemented or verified. Account-linked consent deletion and surviving security audit records are now described explicitly. FAQ and accessibility text distinguish automated checks from uncompleted offline, physical-device, and screen-reader acceptance.

Cookie preferences can be opened from the landing footer, legal pages, and Settings. Optional analytics respects withdrawal and browser Global Privacy Control. Protected Feed content remains authenticated and is excluded from the public sitemap.

Public launch still requires human usability, assistive-technology, physical-device, production-origin, deployed-provider, and field-performance evidence.

Local release closure

The Resonant Sky interface and the bounded localhost release candidate are preserved in source control. This is an online-only release scope, not a PWA, offline, native-app, or public-production certification.

Historical draft — 2026-07-05

The initial legal/info pages, consent-record storage, and MDX documentation foundation were added during the earlier build. A push-subscription table and planned integrations did not establish a working notification service or deployment. Earlier lists of future features were proposals, not release promises.
